Cheltenham Champion Hurdle Odds After Constitution Hill Ruled Out
There is a new heavy favourite for the Cheltenham Champion Hurdle after news broke that Constitution Hill will not feature due to medical issues.
We now have a revised market for the Champion Hurdle after Constitution Hill was ruled out by trainer Nicky Henderson. State Man is now a 4/11 favourite having been a 5/2 shot before news of Constitution Hill’s issues were revealed by the Seven Barrows team last week.
Brian O’Keeffe, spokesperson for BoyleSports, said:
“It looks like State Man will be the Irish banker for this year’s Cheltenham Festival. He is now the shortest priced favourite over the four days of the meeting after Constitution Hill was ruled out of the Champion Hurdle by Seven Barrows.”
